The fabregas story
I have heard tonight that cesc has signed 5 year contract with Barcelona but fee still to be concluded.
So has a deal been done under our noses? Or is it purely a rumour.
If he dose go, who would you replace him. Their has been lots stories about ozil, gourcuff, arteta and pienaar. If you think about it do we need to buy, that’s my opinion but that’s everyone else. Look at wenger’s point of view, you’ve got Nasri, Ramsey coming back from injury also they’s rosicky.

arsenal do buy their players under the rader but when selling them its a bit more in the media. barcelona’s buys are always in the media they try and be as loud as possible.
this time it wont work tho. if it did fabregas would of handed in a transfer request by now.
I’m with Ed on this. I think the Fabregas saga is well and truly over, for this summer anyway.

It’s complete rubbish about Cesc and so-called 5 year deal being done between Cesc and Barca. It is illegal for them to talk to him directly for a start and he cannot sign a contract elsewhere while under contract with another Club. Desperate muck raking mate, that’s what it is.

i think the whole cesc rumours are over, at least for another season, which gives mr wenger the almost impossible task of finding a worthy replacement. as usual arsenal have already got a ready-made replacement in Ramsey, but his injury could hinder his career. in my opinion, arsenal still need 4 new signings, a GK (steklenburg), CB (mertesacker), DM (felipe melo) and a striker (loic remy), because as we all know, van persie’s niggling injury will keep him out for a few months this season.
I am an Arsenal fan in Madrid and these stories are only to sell papers. Spain has 3 or 4 main daily sports papers who mainly only talk about football but instead of writing proper stories they are too lazy to investigate and just make it up as libel laws here are very lax
