With just over 27 hours remaining until the ridiculously quiet transfer window closes, what does Wenger have up his sleeve?
We’ve been linked with defender Chris Smalling, but were pipped at the end by Man United, which indicates towards the need of a possible centre-back signing, and we’ve also been tipped to secure the services of striker Loic Remy of Nice, and Gai Assulin of Barcelona, which both look like very Wenger-esque signings.
Wenger does have a habit of securing players very late on in the transfer window, ala Arshavin and Gallas, and I’m sure this transfer window will be no different. I’ll be glued to Sky Sports either way, and I’ll look forward to that little yellow bar appearing with an announcement of an Arsenal signing.
Who else will we realistically sign? And does anyone have any information on any deals in the pipeline?

I’m sure we will sign someone but as for a player that can realistically help us to our first trophy in almost 5 years….. I’m not so sure!
One things for sure though, I’m sure he will be atleast 17 years old and a hot prospect for the future…….. Joy

We will not sign anyone. i have been here so many times and I am just tired. The manager is making decisions based on his ego and the club is suffering as a result. We need players at for the defensive side and a striker but the manager is refusing to pay what is required which is why WE WILL NOT WIN ANYTHING THIS SEASON. Why is he protecting players (Denilson) who have been shown up as not being good enough? I really cant take any more of his crap.

We need a change…….I don’t think Arsen Wenger wants to buy a player before transfer window market closed
but the question is Why we can not buy fantastic players, Arsenal need to win alot of cups also we need to be the titel of the premier league this year.
If Arsenal can not fine good player like chamakh,Gignac and new player in the position of defender.
Our manager is well known and very expreince man but i wondered why he is not going to buy, please manager are you hapey the situation og Team, are you hapy not to win any thing.

Dear Mr. Wenger,
Please can you get rid of Manuel Almunia and bring back Vito Mannone I am very angry about Almunia perfomance since our murch against Chealsea, West Ham, Everton, Man United and Stoke. The man has made many mistakes you still give him chance. Vito Mannone wil be the best goalkeeper in my view he has made only one mistake Almunia, Clichy, Song. Djourou, Fabianski, Nasri, Campbell, all must go now we can do better without them. We need strong defence were paying the price because the weakness of defence we must sort out our defence problem if not we can win anything this season. Our captain Fabregas must stay he is not going any where.
