Mr. Vermaelen is growing in stature (psychologically) ever week.
Edin Dzeko looked really impressive last night against United. We apparantly were interested in the 6ft 4-5 striker this summer. I think to be honest we should take both him and Grafite from Wolfsburg. 17-18 Mil each.
Couple them with Neven Subotic and then a very good quality CDM to play with Song (who is really impressing this year) and i think we would have not only depth, but quality in depth that even Chelsea/United etc couldn’t compete with.

Against a better team i. e Chelsea, United we would most likely have been punished for that.
Good show though and loved Arshavin’s cheeky flick. Good game for the Russian i thought.
