The News of the World are reporting Cesc Fabregas has rejected a £90,000 per week contract offer from Arsenal. The article can be found here.
I don’t believe the article, but even if it is true, is it that worrying? Or that unrealistic?
He’s currently tied to the club until 2014, and I’m sure most Arsenal fans would agree that if he does stay until the end of his contract then we’d all be happy. Fabregas has made no secret of his desire to eventually play in Spain again, so let’s make the most of him whilst he’s here.
Aaron Ramsey will be waiting in the wings when he does finally decide to leave.

In other news, an Evertonian has released a video on YouTube of the abuse the fans received from Arsenal fans yesterday. The article can be found here. It’s out of order, and the fan also claimed we beat Everton 2-1. He must be an Arsenal fan, as he clearly left before the end.
