Arsenal came from a goal down once again, to beat Everton 3-1 at the Emirates, thanks to goals from Samir Nasri, Robin van Persie and Theo Walcott.
The win moves Arsenal into 3rd place, and it things aren’t looking too bleak. We’re 4 points behind leaders Chelsea, and there is no doubt Chelsea have peaked already, and the feeling is there is more to come from Arsenal. Only takes a win against Chelsea and we’re challenging for the title.
More interesting words from Wenger, this time claiming Theo Walcott could be a better player then Lionel Messi. The full article can be found here.
“He’s different [to Messi at that age] and I think he’s more”
Walcott has great potential, but I’ll take Messi over any player in the world right now. There is no doubt Walcott could be a legend in the making, but as Wenger clearly pointed out they are different players.
I’m off to bed to recover from my night out. There is nothing more depressing then getting a train home from a night out at 7am. I’m too old for this shit!!
