A goal in injury time from Cesc Fabregas secured a 1-1 draw with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light, after the home team took the lead on the 85th minutes to a wonder strike from Grant Leadbitter.
You can read the full match report on the Arsenal website here.
Not really sure what to think of the result, I was ecstatic with the draw after being a goal down with minutes remaining, but I wouldn’t have been happy with a draw before the game. After a slow start to the season, Manchester United can now go above us in the league if they win there game in hand, and they’ve already played Liverpool and Chelsea away, whereas our toughest games have been Sunderland and Blackburn away! The opening couple of months of the season have definitely been in our favour, and I’m disappointed that we haven’t really capitalised and taken advantage of that.
Can we win the Premiership? I don’t think so. Will we give it a good go? I think we will, but I don’t think we’ve got enough to compete with Man U and Chelsea at this stage, we still drop silly points (Hull, Fulham and Sunderland). It could all change, and only takes one win against one of the top four to put us back in the mix. Man United will win the Premiership.
Everton at home, West Ham away and Tottenham away are our next three games, and let’s hope we decide to turn up for these ones.
In other news, Roy Keane has grassed up the “busy cunt ” Gary Neville, and revealed he was the reason behind the Arsenal and Man United rivalry. I didn’t think I’d ever post an article from Tribal Football, but here goes.

Terrible result. Absolutely choked.

Bernard, I never went to the game mate, and I missed the live replay on Football First, so I couldn’t do the player ratings.
I’ll assume Denilson was diabolical as usual though?
