LATE GALLAS GOAL RESCUES POINT FOR ARSENAL

An 89th minute Gallas strike salvaged a point for Arsenal in the 1-1 draw with Dynamo Kyiv. Full match report can be found here.

William Gallas does have his haters at Arsenal, but there is absolutely no doubt he is a big player who performs and rescues the team in big occasions. Off the top of my head, he scored the winner against Chelsea last season, he scored the injury time equaliser against Manchester United last season, he scored the opener in the first leg against FC Twente this season, and he does it again tonight.Well done Willy.

Not really much else to report on the game tonight. Sagna was very unlucky with the penalty, clever play from the Kyiv striker got the better of the ref. Can’t really blame the ref, I thought it was a clear penalty the in real time.

Totally irrelevant section now: Just tuned into Through The Night, and Nick Faldo was being interviewed about the Ryder Cup. I wasn’t really catching what he was saying but he seemed to completely balls up everything and the bloke is an absolute berk!! I’ll try and dig out the interviews with him, which are all just very embarrassing.
