WONDERFUL WALCOTT AND NO TO APPIAH

Firstly, congratulations to our very own Theo Walcott on his wonderful hat-trick for England on Wednesday night’s 4-1 victory over Croatia.

Theo looked calm and composed in front of goal, and I’m hoping this is the start of things to come for him. It’s been in inconsistent couple of years for Walcott, but he is still only young and he is learning the game. He does seem to turn on the magic in big games though (remember Milan and Liverpool in the Champions League anyone?).

It’s amazing that he is one of our under-performers at Arsenal, and one that the fans tend to lose confidence in, but he’s the best player for England. Does that really prove how bad England are? You’ve got to admire the fact that we’ve got a talisman from a lot of international clubs, van Persie for Holland, Fabregas for Spain, Rosicky for Czech Republic, Eduardo for Croatia, Adebayor for Togo and now we have Walcott for England. The only other team in the Premiership who comes close would probably be Manchester United with Ronaldo!

In other news, Wenger has categorically ruled out a move for Stephen Appiah. Is he lying again?

Theo did well last night. three goals in any match is a result. if i giot three for my shittty work team I’d be a hero. I just hope that we dont turn on Theo when he doesnt score 8 against Blackburn. We all know he has serious potential in him but lets just let him play for a while. No pressure.
If I was Wenger I’d bring him on for the last 20 against Blackburn, if at all, just to show him and us that we arent getting caried away. Great night for him though and some really kind words from Arsene.
Nic Bendtner scored a great goal as well.
