It’s now just gone 11:20pm, and we have approximately 40 minutes to sign a player, and there seems to be no indication of a signing whatsoever!!
Over the past couple of years, we’ve signed players such as Diarra and Denilson out of the blue, at the midnight mark.
Will this be another transfer window where we make last minute deals? Or would I have wasted the last 5 hours watching Through The Night just to hear about Berbatov signing for Man U?
Come on Arsene, work your magic.

That went well.
The only good thing about tonight is that Chelsea were flogging Robhino shirts.
The mugs.

You’re right!! How boring was Sky Sports though? Breaking news was Robinho and Berbatov all night! It was hardly breaking news, we all know about the deals at 7pm!
Where is our Alonso, Veloso, Metzelder, Johnson, etc?

Arsenal fans must be a tad disappointed. They didn’t get the experienced right hand man for Cesc in the centre of the park. I think it might yet again be a nearly season for the Gunners.

Its so upsetting! I cannot belive we dont buy anyone.
i can only hope that wenger is weighing up options and will spend money in January. Not going to happen though is it.

I was really frustrated with last nights lack of news, but like some Arsenal I’m pretty confident we’ll be fine.

So negative. We should get behind our team.
It’s hardly that bad is it? We come third last season by a few points and then all the negativity. Trust Wenger.

I noticed West ham annouced today two transfers and said something about “international transfer certificates” as the reason for the late annoucement. I guess there is a glimmer of a chance that perhaps the silence from the Emirates means something my yet still be annouced … or not. We can dream.

I think we’re clutching at straws to be fair.
Does give a slight glimmer of hope though.

apparently we are going to sign Steven Appiah – the Ghana midfidler. Love that.
